Complex Kaikan was made in the important historic villa, to which were attached stables and also retrieved stables, enlarging it with a contemporary building eloquently, marked by a golden copper color skin and a large window which is reflected in of garden water features. The part of new construction stands out for strong elements of contemporary expressiveness thanks to the design decision to push through clean shapes, integrating advanced building systems, special and sustainable systems.
